...with orange juice? Dude. Water it down a bit or use ice, but orange juice and whiskey sounds like a bad time to me. Might as well just get everclear or vodka if your goal is to get drunk quickly.
I've been drinking Evan William's lately. If you want to get into bourbon/whiskey, it's a good place to start. I've branched out here and there but keep coming back to it. Reasonably priced as well. 14 for a fifth.
Honestly, I only started out with whiskey recently. I thought I'd hate it but was tired of all the sugar hangovers. First drink I filled it to the top with ice then took forever so it was all watered down and nasty. I thought I'd made a mistake, but made a second drink. This time with far less ice. I sipped it slowly (and I do mean SLOWLY) and started to enjoy it. Could actually taste some of the nuances. Third glass I just put a splash of water in it. Now I just drink it straight, but will occasionally throw a splash of water in it to ease the alcohol burn. Lets you taste it better.
Of course, you'll still be chugging that shit eventually. But at least you aren't consuming hundreds of grams of sugar to do it. And the sipping aspect helps me moderate myself, sometimes.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I’ve never had a problem with benzos, except for a few times when I was blacking out on clonazolam powder and not realizing it, because I was being reckless and not using volumetric dosing, just a microscoop, due to severe depression and dysfunction, but it may have only landed me in the ER once, it’s not like I committed any felonies on it, as far as I can recall.
Unlike you lot I genuinely learn my lesson and would never make the same mistake again.
