User Controls

I've been taken advantage of again.

  1. I was never a garbage truck backing up, I was a microwave with the door open.
  2. No pain, no gain. That was fucking brutal, which is great. These have been the most intense workouts of my life, but I'm only 3 of 60 right now. I KNOW I can keep it up this time though. And if I do, I WILL post body pics (why wouldn't I? I'd love to show that shit off haha).

    Day 3: Back Hypertrophy

    Bent Over Rows (Speed sets): 12.5kg
    Shrugs: 10kg
    Wide-grip Pulldowns: 9th setting
    Cable Rows: 9th setting
    Close-Grip Pulldowns: 7th setting but holy fuck that was brutal.
    Dumbell Shoulder Press: 15kg
    Rows: 12kg
    Cable Side Raises: 1st setting

    Very intense workout because I couldn't rest long between each set, as opposed to the power days. Had to take a break halfway through and go buy a powerade for the electrolytes lol.

    Fucking whores will wish they gave me a chance when I wasn't buff/attractive.

  6. Tomorrow's going to suck... legs hypertrophy haha. But then I get to do chest and arms on Friday. :D I'm gonna love the pump for that one. THEN ONE WEEK COMPLETED! I'll only have to do that 11 more times. Fuckin' easy...

  8. Okay, so I mentioned it in another thread but I'm 99% sure a girl actually likes me. We stayed up late talking, and it was pretty intimate. However, I've thought about it and I will NOT be pursuing her. She is not the type of girl I want to ruin. She is sweet, innocent, actually focusing on her studies, and I think a virgin. I would gain no satisfaction out of emotionally destroying her; it'd be like hurting a child.

    HOWEVER...



    if the opportunity arises where I fuck this girl before 3 dates, then I'll know she isn't as sweet as I originally thought and I WILL ruin her emotionally. Ooh, I'm getting off on that. Brain orgasm haha.

    Anyway, the good news is that this girl liking me hasn't demotivated me for my work out plan. Just finished legs hypertrophy, and it was fucking brutal.

    Day 4: Legs Hypertrophy

    Speed Squats: 12.5kg each side
    Leg Press: 4th setting
    Leg Extensions: 3rd setting
    Deadlift: 20kg each side
    Leg Curls: 6th setting
    Standing Calf Raise: 12.5kg each side
    Seated Calf Raise: 10th setting

    I was almost puking and only had seated calf raise to go, but knew if I did them right away I'd vomit everywhere. So I rested on the couches for like 15 minutes haha. Here's hoping I get used to the intensity of these workouts. My legs are fucking jelly right now.

    ONE MORE THING... if I ever DO get demotivated from working out (3 months is a long time...), then I have a plan: ask out some of the girls I know. Then when they reject me, I will have that motivation to get buff again. (And on the 0.00000001% chance they say yes, I'll just stand them up haha).

    what you just posted is 40kg, not 10kg

    unless youre just fucking around or a complete workout-knob, you'd know that the weights of a particular exercise are described in complete total...as in the weight of everything applied. bar...plates...it all adds together for the stated weight.
