   You can't talk about anything mildly controversial on reddit. If you talk about suicide and don't immediately go "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE RIGHT I JUST MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET HELP!" you will get downvoted to hell.
   
   I've been banned in subreddits I've never even posted in before. Either because I posted in other subs or because i made a mod butthurt and they banned me from every sub they mod. /r/legaladvice mods are especially bad with that. Go harass them in pm, they love it.

   All the musical/tab/sheet subreddits are total garbage. Same stuff. Bad or overly simple tabs/sheet music. Videos of people playing something awesome you've been looking to learn but then there's no tabs or anything so you have to watch and try to copy but the camera is shoddy and their film skills are even worse.
   
   Any drug subreddit is either /r/trees level broshit, full of paranoia/delusions (hi /r/Crouton) or politics, or INCREDIBLY representative of that drug. Like, the LSD subreddit has some serious insanity on there. Stim subs are all tweaky and argumentive. Opiate subs are pretty chill but there will be one downvoted guy who's just opi-raging hard. The dph sub is an interesting one though.
   
   Travel subs are full of snobby ass people. Gardening subs are mostly just pictures and not a whole lot of discussion. Any of the major subs are absolute hivemind trash. Writing subs are semi-decent but you just get the same regurgitated advice over and over, same for self-help subs.
   
   Lately I just use it to read the news and avoid the comments entirely.

   Yeah, I'm doing alright, although I'm only taking pretty basic general education classes to fulfill graduation requirements. It shouldn't be hard to manage mostly As and Bs.
