If anything, the bachelor's degree is the last important part of getting a high paying job: nobody really actually gives a remote fuck about your degree is most fields. It's 99.9% about your work experience, references and skills+interviews. -

No, not simple. An employer doesn't just look at your CV and say "oh shit, this nigga has a degree! Hired!" How old are you? 26? 27? They will want to know what the fuck you were doing with your life between high school and enrollment to university. If you weren't doing jack shit and have nothing to show for it due to hikikomori, they will reject you immediately UNLESS you are some sort of outlier genius which I highly doubt since you claim yourself you cannot even hold eye contact with somebody of the same sex. Trust me, I have interviewed applicants and this is only one guideline in the hiring process. You are wasting your time with this shit. This is high level autism. You are better off sticking to your skills (being solitary on your computer) and making a living off affiliate marketing or some bullshit. -

Like I said, Malice has the mind of a child.
Normally I would say that since he probably has a pretty decent "intelligence" level (like whatever that abstract idea of processing power or mental capacity is) he isn't beyond saving but at the age of 30, his thought processes are just so irretrievably corrupted and garbage, I don't think he can be saved.
He's literally considered himself to be some kind of superintellect for years. I don't think there's a good way to reel him back to the land of the non-retarded. -

If your employer's are not retarded and you are going into a somewhat specialized field, they will both check your references and work history, and ask you to actually demonstrate your value beyond the 50 other applicants applying for the same position who actually have 1000x the experience, work profile and references that you do.

How could this fail? Besides, it’s computer science. It probably has one of the most socially inept candidate pools around. Lanny actually once estimated that a full 10% of the people in his field may be on the spectrum.
