You don't have a magic "el metabolismo", CIvsCO still applies to you. You're simply a lardass so your body has already reached the flabby, adipose equilibrium weight where you eat everything you want but maintain your weight.
Be jealous of those of us who aren't carrying around 150 excess lbs of dead weight. -

2018-01-31 at 4:36 PM UTCI like baking my own bread. Haven't done it in awhile. I should make some more.

2018-01-31 at 4:37 PM UTCI'm talking about high fructose corn syrup mass produced bread that does nothing but make you crave more sugar as your insulin spikes and then you crash. All that from eating a wonderbread.
No wonder why Americans drink so much coke and eat crap because they all started with bread, the gateway drug. -

Don't think there is any yeast in most modern breads, they're raised using baking powder (which is just an acid+alkali which combine to make CO2 + salts).
I know that Americans used to get pellagra because they were too dumb to know not to eat nothing besides unbleached flour, so the government had to add iodine to bread to stop them being so retarded. -

2018-01-31 at 6:36 PM UTCI never eat bread. Fortunately my ascetic years as a hikikomori allowed me to develop my detachment from food to the point where I could eat a balanced single large bowl per day, the same meal, except for small variations, and very rarely crave anything else. I was able to walk through a supermarket regularly without any craving/desire. The reason for the single large meal latter in the day is that I also do intermittent fasting. Even now I have no problem adhering to this regimen, despite smoking weed every day to try to reduce my PTSD and other ailments as much as possible before school begins.

There's good types you can buy from the supermarket but white bread and its ilk are pretty much trash. It doesn't even taste good to me, it's kinda spongey and weak. Regular whole grain breads from the supermarket and the like are ok but I avoid bread in general. -
