Some fucked up shit happened and I had to move in with my dad. Spoke to him for the first time in 9 years.
I'm with the entire family in North Carolina right now, which I thought I'd hate because the area seems boring as fuck, but it's been pretty chill. At least they have Netflix, a TV that can stream it, and fast internet.
Could definitely go for some weed to treat my insomnia. Flying back to SoCal on the 8th and the first thing I'm gonna do is get my hands on some recreational marijuana. Jealous? -

I don't like REM sleep. Whenever I have heavy periods of REM I always wake up feeling far less well rested. Anyway, I'm aware it may decrease sleep quality, but my schedule irregularity and insomnia are so severe that it's by far a net benefit. I'm not neurotypical anyway and there are distinct on average differences in the sleep architecture of autists, so it's more complicated.
