2017-09-29 at 3:35 AM UTCtoday i researched ___ and then ended up at cicada3001 somehow because apparently it could be used as a recruitment method for a secret society. when i got back i remember phenibut is a gabapentinoid as in an beta2delta1 ligand and i take gabapentin so i wanted to know if gabapentin binds to this receptor more than phenibut so i looked into binding affinities and calculated how metabolism relates to dose and total amount in the blood, and i found out the amino acids leucine and one other i forget act as gabapentinoids in the CNS (if there's a receptor, there has to be an endogenous ligand) which kind of makes sense since the transporter for gabapentin to circulate in the blood is an amino acid transporter. but then i looked into whether these amino acids regularly cross the blood brain barrier so it can be utilized as an alternative for the recreational effects of gabapentin. also after looking into the cicada cipher with long numerical sequences i looked at a page with a million digits of pi and attempted to decipher pi by control+f searching through numerical sets like 12, 123, 23, 234 and seeing how the relative frequencies of each set compare and im postulating that the frequency spectrum of pi is like the universe song so the best way to learn about pi is to graph out the relative occurence of equivalent value sequences. i also wonder how Pi would be translated to a number system like base-12 and if that could help decipher the secrets of this number

i felt good from GABA + theanine pills but when i tried theanine on its own it sucked so i wonder if i have a broken blood brain barrier because GABA isnt supposed to readily pass the BBB. but i assume picamilon would be the same since its just GABA that crosses the BBB. phenibut kinda sucked imo. but if my BBB is in fact impaired, i could probably get high off loperamide easily. something like 100 loperamide pills 200mg is enough to get high since its as potent as fentanyl so if you force a chem against the BBB enough a few of the molecules will get through, and it lasts for 2 days so its been called "poor mans methadone". if my BBB is broken 3 or 4 pills could possibly give me an opiate high. but getting high on loperamide is a bad idea because fuckton of side effects + can cause cardiac arrythmia + metabolizes into LPP(+). you know how that opiate MPPP was contaminated with MPTP and caused parkinsons? thats because MPTP metabolizes into MPP(+), which somehow gets into a dopamine neuron and kills it, so mass dopamine neuron death will cause parkinsons. LPP(+),MPP(+),HPP(+) all share backbones and form reactive oxygen species in the synapse. interestingly enough, HPP(+) is a metabolite of haloperidol, a typical antipsychotic, which is severely neurotoxic in other ways and should probably be banned. loperamide is purported to not be neurotoxic but that's probably just due to extremely low bioavailability and the fact that the therapeutic regimen for the drug is usually something like 2 days. -
