No. They get some DNA. It is not "your DNA", it doesn't have "property of Sean "HTS Noob" Twist" written on it. They only real way they are going to match you from DNA is if you're already a suspect. Even then, they need follicular tissue or more to have usable DNA samples, which may or may not be tainted a billion different ways (no way to know), and you'll likely match with millions of other records on file to 80+%
DNA testing is the biggest bullshit law enforcement hype since the "lie detector" polygraph test. Even if a DNA test has a 99.99% accuracy, there are 40,000 people in the state of California alone who could match your DNA profile. The thing is that if your already a suspect or related to the crime, it fucks you. But combing any databases for a match is worthless. -

noHampton, 64, was caught in 2015 after police linked DNA from Melanie's clothing to his daughter.
She had been arrested aged 41 in 2014 for a "minor incident" and her DNA profile was taken, leading the police to her father.

computers can easily match a DNA profile in minutes. once the computer matches you then you become a suspect.

2017-09-27 at 1:47 AM UTCActually, I googled the case and I have decisive evidence that you are a fucktard; they found a semen sample. Unless you're planning on cumming all over your inadvertent discovery, you have nothing to fear.

finding across a body in the woods you could easily imagine somebody being startled enough to drop something also. a bag even that could contain items with your dna or prints on. or imagine getting home after that and realizing you'd lost your wallet. then had to go back out there to make sure you didn't drop it there, lol.

2017-09-28 at 9:10 PM UTCand you get back there and there's fucking pigs everywhere hahah
. -
2017-09-28 at 9:18 PM UTCYou go back, and the wallet is gone. Then you half-glance over at the body, and notice the wallet is in its hand.
-
2017-09-28 at 9:19 PM UTCThen you just claim they robbed you and had a weapon, so you killed them and then freaked out afterward and panicked so didn't call the FUZZ.
-
2017-09-28 at 9:51 PM UTCOr you say they they were dead and came back to life and attacked you, so you HAD to kill them again, just make sure they were really dead.
"Your Honor! They were already dead!! I swear!!" -
