How so? In this case, it was a good guy with a gun, and thanks to that he was uninjured and his would-be killers are dead with one wounded. That kind of goes against the typical gun control agenda.

I agree with you LSD, but you living in the State of Florida and this being in Texas you can get away with shooting back and killing someone on your property when you and your family are threaten. Every other state you going to jail, which is bullshit... -

This is what I was curious about. He shot them all in a moving vehicle? He just happened to have his weapon next to him? Was he outside? Avoided FORTY shots? Maybe k missed the answers. Was everyone black I strangely don't remember them mentioning race. -

I actually live in Texas now, but yeah I guess not every state has Castle Doctrine and/or Stand Your Ground laws. But they should. -
