Looking at the location of Sidon, if that was an S-X00 missile and not a Pantsir or something else, it seems very likely it was launched from Tartus, where the Russian installations are

Oh, 'rebel media' has been saying there's a facility there where Iranians and North Koreans work on 'SCUD missiles'. Israel probably knows it's totally false (same as their last attack on a supposed chemical weapons lab) but want to lash out because Russia flatly told them that they would not help Israel against Iran because Iran is Russia's primary regional ally.

MYANMAR - Reporting on this is a horrific mess (not least of all due to the country's expulsion of foreign reporters), but I've been able to glean the following:
The media appears to be focusing on (and framing the story as) attacks from the local Buddhist majority against a Muslim minority that could possibly amount to genocide - they offer little context though. The Muslims appear to desire some level of autonomy and/or to be granted lands.
Firstly, the Buddhist tribes have lived on the land for centuries; the 'Rohinga' Muslims are largely migrants which calls into question their requests for regional autonomy and control.
Secondly, the attacks against the Rohinga are (from the look of it, highly excessive) revenge attacks due to violent uprisings staged by some in the Muslim community.
Thirdly, these uprisings began soon after Myanmar and China announced several agreements relating to oil pipelines, the upcoming 'New Silk Road' being planned across Eurasia and joint exploitation of Myanmar's considerable mineral resources.
There's not enough solid information to know with any certainty, but this does appear to fit the profile of a US-backed 'colour revolution' - introduce extremists into a minority faction, foment hostility between factions in an attempt to undermine the state, report only on the state's crimes and use it for justification to disrupt the state to the point where it can no longer honour those economic agreements.

KOREAS - Best Korea has been issuing unusually-worded threats to the US, saying that they'll be made to feel great pain and that the empire won't survive long if the latest sanctions package is rammed through the UNSC, which it was today or yesterday. Sanctions are unlikely to have any real effect on NK's behaviour as Putin recently eloquated, "North Koreans will eat grass before they give away their only deterrent".
IRAQ - Intense bombing of ISIS positions in Hawijah and areas of Anbar; actual ground operation into Hawijah is scheduled in around a week.
LEBANON - Lebanon is asking for a UN order to keep Israeli jets out of their airspace as there have apparently been a large number of disruptive 'sonic booms' above populated areas since they were last engaged by Syrian air defences. It's unlikely to do more than serve as a historical note that it's been happening - even if the motion weren't blocked by the US, Israel would not respect it.
SYRIA - Troop movements are confusing. SAA is preparing to push north across the Euphrates, US-backed forces appear to be preparing to push south in an effort to take the Deir Eizzor oilfields for themselves.

that.
I've noticed the juden-controlled media doesn't mention that inconvenient fact however the non-juden media clearly mentions how the uppity handsome and well tanned individual mudslimes are engaging in coordinated terrorist attacks of various kinds against the local indigenous population. no, they're not an 'uprising' as their attacks don't have purpose.

KOREAS - As mentioned earlier, a new package of sanctions aimed at Best Korea has been rammed through the UNSC, this time mostly targeting Kim's personal holdings and the country's energy sector. Again, China and Russia didn't veto the sanctions for fear that if the US didn't get it's way via sanctions, military strikes would become much more likely.
The majority of Best Korea's foreign income comes from trade with China; the trade is largely unregulated and considered 'grey market', and is generally used as a way to sidestep sanctions and trade embargoes. China has often allowed sanctions to be applied to NK in the knowledge that they would have little practical effect on these 'grey market' channels.
The US has now threatened China over them; claiming that if China does not fully adhere to the sanctions, they will be blocked from 'US and international financial institutions', which is vague at best and a clear declaration of direct economic warfare.
China might make a few symbolic overtures like when they previously turned away a number of NK coal export ships, but they're not going to change their overall policy toward NK because the US is threatening them. It'll be interesting to see where this goes.

Really glad to see you post on this. Bothers me that this is almost never reported on. Even the Ukraine situation barely gets any airtime on major networks.

Ukraine doesn't get airtime because there is literally no way they could show the coup-imposed 'authorities' without them appearing as extremely corrupt nazi-obsessed thugs and criminals who are constantly trying to push further into the breakaway Donetsk/Lughansk regions, contrary to the media pretending they're interested in a 'peaceful political solution'.
I wanted to make a point of writing about what was going on in Myanmar (I didn't even know it was the same country as Burma) a while ago, but the information coming out of most of the media (even outlets I like like RT) is an incoherent mess and I haven't had the drive to go digging for real information.
If you're interested in the situation, the only decent news site I've found so far is
https://www.irrawaddy.com/, a local news outlet (domestic whois registration data too).

UKRAINE - This is interesting - there have been several reported clashes between the Army and the 'Volunteer Battalions' - the most recent being the SSU using mortars to soften a water filtration plant held by Right-Sector, allowing the DPR army to move in and defeat them.
Ukranian forces are now also openly deploying UK mercenaries in the hopes that it'll improve the morale of the troops.

A friend of mine blocked me on facebook
He's been constantly posting that 'we need to nuke north korea' and/or 'we need to regime change them immediately'
I sent him Eva Bartlett's youtube channel, who's recently visited NK to report on life there and said 'NK actually looks pretty ordinary'
He flipped his fucking lid and said it was a 'crazy conspiracy theory'
I'm afraid he probably represents the general population in that sense, so we can probably expect a first-strike soon

It's funny how people think North Korea will actually bomb Japan or something. The media does a really good job of making them seem like an imminent threat, and making them forget that they've been doing this shit for decades.
Protip for those people: The world is usually not as bad or as scary as the news makes it seem. This is seriously the best time in the fucking world to be alive. Right now is the pinnacle of human history. Less violence than ever. War at an all time low. Disease, hunger, and poverty are all on the decline. Mmmm

That depends on what part of the world you live in.
If you've been following news (real news, not just mainstream nonsense) lately, you likely would've come across references to Washington's 'ratline' to the Middle East, where they're funneling so many Soviet-made small-arms into warzones in Iraq and Syria that source factories in Eastern Europe have had to step up employment up to tenfold in order to meet demand. It's related to the 'diplomatic flights' I posted about involving Silk Ways Airlines, but it turns out it was happening on a much larger scale.
Something interesting has come up - the German Suddeutsche Zeitung has broken that the US has been using the massive Rammstein Airbase for these activities without notifying, let alone gaining permission from Berlin

SYRIA - Oh shit it's happening. Kurdish SDF group tried to block SAA from crossing the Euphrates, got rekt by combined Syrian/Russian air power.
