Each state has different rules, I may be wrong but I think in TN you need a business license to buy supplies tax free and then collect the tax owed from your customer.

All states have a mechanism for that. In Arizona it's called Transaction Tax Privilege. The cost for each license per location is $12.

King.
Apply for instacart. you dont' need a car. they have more shopper jobs than shopper-driver positions. they send you a credit card (for their service only) and you hand pick shit and purchase it with the companies credit card. then get paid once a week. I'm thinking of trying it out. they also have one store you go to instead of driving from store to store. You get paid by the hour I think instead of the job. it will tie you over until you find a great paying job. also you get tips from customers so pick them the best produce you can find and shit.

I tried, instacart isn't available in my area. Grubhub won't take me either.

Grubhub wouldn't hire me either. when you fill it out for instacart, say you're open to all hours and full time. I also said part time after the initial full time. these people dont want full timers because they have to pay for full dental and medical instead of paying 200 stipend towards the 750 dollar a month; minimum, that medical benefits is.
so much for ObamaCade
