ETA: I also didn't get any real explanation why they suspected it was fraudulent...all I can think of it's been 2yrs or more since I ordered anything from Wallyworld and they assumed someone had hacked my dormant account. -

your bank account that also issued you your insurance-protected credit cards, account thats under the same name as the name you used for your credit cards ?
i used to have paypal and i had it linked to my card cause its easier that way but that was like 6-7 years ago before alibaba and its various permutation overtook the entire east and south east asia.
now everything from the region can be bought with credit amd debit cards paypals are obsolete unless i have something i want to get from the north american region.
which is never due to the retarded shipping charges. -

No. I have my credit cards through other providers...not that that's relevant to anything related to credit card fraud anyway when the money it taken and deposited directly to a bank account.
