Aldi doesn't sell genuine artisan bread that I'm aware of...of course the word "artisan" is one of those generic words that are usually misused anyway.

a worker in a skilled trade, especially one that involves making things by hand.
If you want to sell a LOT of bread you're better using machines than hands...the ingredients really don't care if it's kneaded by a machine or some shit covered hands...the results will be the same...in fact the machine ones are probably healthier as they wont have human feces and skin cells in it. -
