The only thing that is true is that life is unsatisfactory but mine isn't really bad and there are definitely satisfying aspects to mine, including things that ar3 definitely not present in yours. I don't think external stimuli has much of an effect on my depression other than seasons. Always been depressed in winter as a kid for a lot of reasons. -
