I think anger is hell and was thinking of that specifically. I’m not sure what fear is really, pain can be managed with just your mind unless you’re talking about emotional pain, I have no clue. Anger isn't hell for me, it feels kinda good. Pain is hell. Hunger can hurt you if you aren't used to it, if you get used to it it's just like feeling too warm in a tropical climate, manageable.

Haha, you Calvinist. You goddam Protestant. For Catholics guilt is the motivation to climb Croagh Patrick barefoot and do Lough Derg in the freezing rain. We used to feel most our guilt about having sex before marriage, now I'm not sure, I think it's mostly about not loving blacks and muslims enough or something like that. Pics related, from Lough Derg when I did it. I soaked my feet in Potassium Permanganate solution first to harden them up, so it wasn't too bad.
Not wanting to love those who mistreat you is a dead giveaway. Wanting to love blacks and muslims and rich catholics (but not protestants, weirdly) who mistreat you is an old catholic dogma.
