A dwarf who can trigger a relativistic gamma shift upon his own perception and thus slow down time for himself. His body has no other particularly special properties and cannot move at super speed so his power is really that he has maximum time to think about or consider how to react.
He uses this ability to excel as a competitive eSport gamer playing FPSes as s career, and uses his ability in the line of hero work to assist his partner, Jet Tiger
Jet Tiger:
A Hybrid tiger humanoid who has the power to fly at hypersonic speeds. His partner Gamma Boy assists in steering him via a chest carrier in situations where lots of tight maneuvering is required. Possesses tiger-like strength, speed and agility.

Born as a Romanesco Broccoli, a storm of cosmic rays mutated him into a humanoid that perceives all of the universe as a fractal.
This allows him to access the entire history and future of the universe, which already includes his premonitions so he cannot change anything. He does not age, he only grows more nodes of himself in more fractal aspects of reality.

Can communicate with insects of the order Hymenoptera (bees, wasps, ants, sawflies) and has established himself as the liaison between the world of humans and the world of bees. Only bees and ants are organised into large pseudo-national structures.
His daily life is spent engaging in complicated global bee politics and is acknowledged by bee society as being the man with the most powerful connections within the world of bees.
There are hymenoptera on 6 of the world's continents and it turns out hymenoptera are actually the dominant life forms on Earth. He spends most of his days gaining greater political standing within this world by solving bee problems and attempting to unite the hymenoptera to gain representation within the world of humans.
The ants however are the rivals of the bees and he is attempting to settle their differences and bring both under his power.

Ive been pondering that name. Captain Porch Monkey is similar to Gamma Boy in his powers but also controls fate and the flow of time itself. One of his other powers is Mind Control and forced empathy. Also magic with simple hand gestures like Spiral from the comics
His power increases when he smokes weed.
His energy field has the strange effect of giving people super-human accuracy when he looks at them a certain way or they get too close. Captain Porch Monkey is both a reluctant ninja and a reluctant warlock. He discovered his powers after landing on concrete and hitting the back of his head.
With the right strain of weed, his power becomes god-like and he may be descended from various gods of mythology who turned out to be real and not just myths.

King Carbon: A dark grey amorphous creature that is made of and controls the properties of all carbon that he can make contact with. Separating carbon from a compound requires energy however it also produces energy by bond breaking.
Can perform vast computations within his body mass by creating graphene chips, form carbon nanotubes for strength, pencils for writing and so on. Can disrupt organic chemistry on touch.
Can make anything arbitrarily large while touching it, including parts of his own body. Enlargement requires energy but all energy stored in enlarging an object returns as the effect wears off. Effect wears off gradually but can be instantly deactivated.
The Hudge: A puddle-like blob of green pus that possesses sentience. It can consume anything it touches but it never grows or decreases in size, only temperature, as it converts it into pure energy. However it consumes different materials at different rates and generally takes the longest to consume heavier elements, although there are other chemical concerns. As a result it can be contained for years inside vessels made of Iridium or heavier elements. However Iridium is the nost practical and efficient element with which to contain it.
Unfortunately it can also derive the most energy from heavier elements. Energy is used by the Hudge for both movement as well as to increase the rate of decomposition. As a result, if it is not properly contained, the Judge can simply engulf the vessel and hold it within its mass as a long term energy source and now will be able to decompose other things, including vessels, faster.
He has the power of working more than others for less money and pay more taxes than anyone else while letting subhumanoid masses overrun his country without any resistance.
