Thank you, I just downloaded it. Says it's from the state council or something but is probably worth a read to get a good glimpse at the chinese mindset. I want to read "red china, the next generation" as well. Basically to know what we're dealing with since Xi isn't going anywhere -

You should read Kai Fu Lee's AI Superpowers if you haven't already. Very well worth the read. Be ready to get real concerned about shit you can't affect, because it will happen. It's kind of insane.
Also read up on Chinese "cosmetic science". On my most recent trip I visited Liaoyang medical hospital and university where I met Americans and Europeans who were actually getting procedures done, or were returning for more. I mention guy who said he was 57, literally looked like a late 20s or early 30s guy. I was not allowed to go anywhere but the parts open for tourists but their shit is very advanced even according to the stuff my guide showed and told me. They can alter your skull however they want. They can change your eyes, your voice, everything.
My conspiracy brain collates all this shit alongside China's human cloning projects and somehow I cannot help but feel they are already knocking down next generation espionage and warfare. I've heard a bit about Chinas cosmetic science mostly because I was interested in the Iranian cosmetic industry which steals from Americas and trades openly with Chinas. I actually didn't look that hard into the Chinese aspect of it because it's so broad and scary. The cosmetic science industry in China is actually frightening. I remember reading this article while I was learning about it and figuring there must be some kind of exaggeration.
