yeah, Foucault tried to argue consensual pedophilia should be decriminalized but I'm really not buying it. The imbalance is far too great and abuse is way too easy. Plus it's terrible for the victim even if consensual. Plus have you ever met a statutory rapist, even by a few years? They're creepy emotionally delayed (but not cool liek me) people who fail at social relations and are too autistic to get a real idea of the human condition
These are not people we should make any sacrifices for. There is almost no reason to keep them alive once they offend -

That's all good and well and true for a subgroup of pedos, but i think the issue is that people don't realize that the word 'pedo' does not define any sort of psychological characteristic of the person other than that they have a preference for younger girls.
Let's say for arguments sake pedophilia is mental illness. Alright. How do we understand mental illness? As a constellation of symptoms. However and most critically not all symptoms need apply in order for the mental illness to be such. Ergo, psychopathy has comorbidity with narcissism but not all narcissists are psychopaths.

Yes, there is a rich tapestry of pedophilia and all should be exterminated to make the world a better place. The characteristics of most pedos are not congruous with typical male dominant roles, so they were likely all conceived with a weak sperm and adapted to their environments as such. They are not special and are replaceable within the framework of society.
Fucking younger women is OK but seeking the imbalance of power and lack of developing features throughout your whole life makes more harm than good and should die now -
