   Years ago, I had just started this new job, and I was outside having a smoke with the crew. I didn't know them at all. The conversation somehow turned to homosexuality. I kept quiet and just smoked and listened to the banter. At the end, one of them asked me "what do you think?" I said, 'to tell you the truth, I hate fags.' He then told me I shouldn't say that or I might get in trouble. Later on, I found out that same guy was a known homosexual, and was the Operations Manager for the entire contract.
