I've seen a fire start in Frisco
The day that the earth quaked
I've seen buildings a-blazing, throwing up flames

I heard men, women and children crying out to their God for mercy
    But their God didn't listen
    So they were burned alive

    They went down, down
    Deep underground
    In the Great Disaster

I was hanging out in Berlin
In the year one thousand nine hundred and thirty nine
I've seen Hitler's storm troopers march right across the Maginot line

    I've seen two world wars
I've seen men send rockets out into space
I foresee a holocaust: an angel of death descending to destroy the human race

    Down, down
    Deep underground
    A great disaster

In the sixteenth century there was a French philosopher by the name of Nostradamus
Who prophesied that in the late twentieth century
An angel of death shall waste this land

A holocaust the likes of which this planet had never seen
    Now, I ask you
Do you believe this to be true?

I was standing by the bedside the night that my father died
He was crying out in pain
To his God, he said, "Have mercy, mercy!"

His body was riddled with a disease unknown to man
    So he expected no cure
But before he died that night he was lost, insane

    He went down, down
    Deep underground
    A great disaster

    You'll go down, down
    Deep underground
    A great disaster

    You'll go down, down
    Deep underground
    A great disaster

Under these lawless standards, everyone involved would have to go to jail.

We live on the stage of a constant battle between evil and good. Each one of us plays a part in this struggle. Everything else is just window dressing. Higher powers are at work here. This is not even really our battle. It's not our war. The only real war we wage is within ourselves.

It's like if you had a post that had hot links to classified material in it. Not actual classified content, just pointers - links which direct people to where the material actually is. Like Napster, or any one of a million sites which provide hot links to various content. It's like you pointing at a bank robbery in progress and getting arrested for bank robbery just for pointing it out. It's ludicrous. These are just a pack of lawless criminals who don't hesitate to flaunt the laws of the land for their own personal benefit. They should all be behind bars for treason and sedition.

The law keepers have become the law breakers, rendering all laws nothing but a bad joke.

Would you hold someone responsible for selling a non stolen ebook with stolen text in it? What removes its value as opposed to the physical book?

For the content itself, that comes down to civil litigation, not criminal litigation.

Originally posted by Common De-mominator Well no, there are laws on how to deal with lawbreakers. Either way, legality is pretty much irrelevant to what is right and wrong.

Not when the law enforcers are corrupted themselves. In that case, all laws don't matter.

An electronic communication is called an "instrument". When you steal an instrument, you are responsible for stealing the instrument, not for what's contained in it.

Well, when you're dealing with law breakers who do not respect the law, then anything goes. Of course.

Sickening that the UK government used tax dollars to personally stake out this man's residence 24/7 for almost 10 years. Just imagine the cost to the taxpayer for this heinous and illegal harassment!

Or am I wrong about that?

I'm sure I heard before something about assange having been handed a load of stuff, could've been the Bradley manning or snowden files, and that assange was apparently releasing them bit at a time or summing. If so then that wouldn't afford him protection by the communications act.

    .

Yes. Wikileaks is nothing more than a Bulletin Board System where publishers can publish. The real crooks are basically attacking free speech, and they're getting away with it. They are lawless.

Well, the Constitution gives "We the People" the legal option to override their own government, and their own government's laws.
