It's illegal what they are doing, making up new laws as they go along and illegally enforcing their illegal laws. They are not supposed to be law-makers, they are supposed to be law keepers, but they aren't. It's all about the $$$. What they really want to do is get the money for themselves; that's what it's really all about. Not about law, not about public safety. It's about profiting from society and enriching themselves in the process, and using illegal means to do it. -

§28. Inciting a felony
A. Inciting a felony is the endeavor by one or more persons to incite or procure another person to commit a felony.
B. Whoever commits the crime of inciting a felony shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned, with or without hard labor, for not more than two years, or both.
C. If an offender over the age of seventeen years commits the crime of inciting a felony by endeavoring to incite or procure a person under the age of seventeen years to commit a felony, the offender shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars and imprisoned at hard labor for not more than five years.

in·cite
/inˈsīt/
verb
encourage or stir up (violent or unlawful behavior).
"the offense of inciting racial hatred"
synonyms: stir up, whip up, work up, encourage, fan the flames of, stoke up, fuel, kindle, ignite, inflame, stimulate, instigate, provoke, excite, arouse, awaken, waken, inspire, trigger, spark off, ferment, foment, agitate for/against; More
urge or persuade (someone) to act in a violent or unlawful way.
"he incited loyal subjects to rebellion"
But when you post a link to illegal content, you are not inciting or encouraging or stirring up anything. If a person posts a link to a shoe store, the person is not encouraging anyone in particular to buy shoes, only letting everyone know where they can be found. That's journalism and free speech, not incitement. Words are important, especially in law. -

You're talking about the lawless feds' definition of solicitation, which really means jack shit, and has nothing at all to do with the real world or any law on the books. -

gerund or present participle: facilitating
make (an action or process) easy or easier.
"schools were located on the same campus to facilitate the sharing of resources"
synonyms: make easy/easier, ease, make possible, make smooth/smoother, smooth, smooth the path of, smooth the way for, clear the way for, open the door for;
There's no proof that posting a link to information stored elsewhere makes it "easier" for a person to access that information, because there is no proactive coercion to compel that person to use the link in the first place. How can it be "easier" or "harder" to access illegal content through a hotlink, when no one asked the person to access the illegal content in the first place. The only offering was the link itself, not the content the link was linked to. -

2019-05-29 at 4:03 PM UTC in Anyone who attempts to climb Mount Everest is reckless and stupid...Once you set up a camp just below the summit, you only have a window of a few hours to reach the top and descend. If you get caught outside that window of opportunity, you simply die. No one can survive it. The peak is so hard to reach, many expert climbers actually lie and say they reached it, when in reality, they failed to reach it. But those who do reach it have taken photos which show the curvature of the Earth, the entire continent and cities spread out in all directions, with a canopy of constellations moving overhead. It's the highest elevation on the planet.

And every step you take is like stepping in molasses, because of the oxygen deprivation effects on the body. Not to mention temps can get down to -60F with the wind chill factor, so even the slightest exposure will cause frostbite in a matter of minutes. Then you have treacherous crevasses covered in snow and ice, which you can fall or slide into and fall thousands of feet.

Green Boots is the name given to the unidentified corpse of a climber that became a landmark on the main Northeast ridge route of Mount Everest. Though his identity has not been officially confirmed, he is believed to be Tsewang Paljor, an Indian climber who died on Mount Everest in 1996. -

2019-05-29 at 4:46 AM UTC in deepdotweb.com seizedThe feds are lying. Making money from hosting hotlinks to illegal content is not a crime. These lawless ghouls just make new laws up as they go along. You won't be able to find a single law anywhere which prohibits posting referral links to illegal activities or content, and that's because it is protected free speech, and the Constitution is the ultimate authority under law, not the bedtime stories of a bunch of lawless criminals with badges and guns. And if they didn't pay taxes, well, that's another thing entirely.
