As far as I can tell, the bomb actually came from a car bomb and a car (which was most likely in motion with a driver in it), then that car and its wreckage and the RV were airbrushed out for the news releases, or it was a missile hitting a car, which they airbrushed out later for the news releases. RV had nothing to do with anything.

They have what's referred to as "troll farms", where they train these idiots how to go about influencing directions in conversations, where to go to influence debate, and what target platforms to gather upon, among other specific instructions, such as learning how to abuse the flagging features en mass to cause bans and deletions of content automatically. Should be plain as day for anyone to see for themselves, at this point.
Of note also is the fact that you can see a blasted car land directly on top of the epicenter of the blast (watch closely), about two seconds after the explosion, yet the other video of the same event shows no blasted car in that spot, or a car there before it falls. The falling hulk also disappears after the smoke clears, so it must have been either airbrushed out or removed quickly after the blast, as it doesn't appear in either video before or after falling.

You can plainly see here the missile struck on the opposite side of the street, in relation to where the RV is supposed to be. Take into account the RV, could have easily been edited into into the footage after the explosion was captured on CCTV, before being published to fake news media, to cover for an empty street.
