Psycho and panthrax and zok are at fault. They caused this. If they hadn't abused their authority on some temple survivors, they'd still be operating today, and all the people mentioned would still be there. Sadly, they chose this outcome over their own egos. Go to the top right corner of the screen. Under your name, select "My Profile" from the drop down menu. In the area to the left, under the word Profile, in the area where the profile pic should be, hover your mouse over that square and an option (Edit Avatar) pops up to change the avatar.

Like I said, you'd need to create a "pipe" in order to get the return input. This is a situation where the return output does not go to the local machine at all, but is routed remotely instead.
