    Boris has come up with a neat-o shell game, where a nifty "point system" is used to still get them all into the country, even in the face of all opposition. There's really no point system, but that's the way they will sell getting millions more into the country, under the pretext that this point system is somehow legit and fair, which it is absolutely is not. There really will be no point system at all, it's just that the people will be made to believe there is.
