The only body which can validate electoral votes is the state legislatures. If the state legislatures finally declare enough electoral votes invalid, enough electoral votes that Biden no longer has 270, this situation would force a one-vote-per-state vote. The Republicans have 30 states. The Democrats only have 20 states. This would leave Biden as the Vice President and Trump as the President. That's just one of several paths to victory.

Those were the good old days.

I agree with you on the problem of lacking a proper leader, we are too fragmented and that urgently needs to be addressed, but if i had the answer to that i would be a proper leader, which i'm not.
