   John McAfee wrote the software for a virus scanner that was actually a virus in itself that you couldn't remove from your computer, and everybody hated him. Then he sold the software and somehow became a renegade anti-establishment icon - a peculiar curiosity, if you will - and the government got jealous and decided to sick their goons on him (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission), trying to frame him for investment fraud and various crimes he didn't really commit, which only served as a Streisand Effect. Right now, he's sitting in a prison cell in Spain for alleged tax evasion (at the request of the U.S. Department of Justice).

    You're confusing it. The point is that the tests are completely meaningless garbage. That scientific truth doesn't take away from the fact that everyone's going to get the virus. Your "logic" is like you guessing it's going to rain tomorrow, and when it does, you declare yourself a prophet. Doesn't work that way. Just because one fact is true doesn't automatically render another fact not true.
