   My method is so much easier. Using a high-speed port scanner with "half-open" capability, you can scan literally thousands of IP addresses on multiple ports and get a very nice results list. Most compromised machines are running under known TCP/UDP port numbers.

   Things really haven't changed all that much. There's still literally millions of machines out there which are wide open. It's amazing the things you find while scanning.

   You need a giant bot net. Basically, what you do is portscan IP ranges looking for ports which can be either hacked to gain root, or are already wide open from some previous attack. Once you have several hundred of these boxes under root access control, you can setup hidden services and programs and servers and such on those "mules" and "pipe" the traffic between your own box and all the third-party mules. That way each machine is unique, and there is no way to draw any correlations. It's very easy to do.

    I don't hate jedis at all. I realize not all people are the same. But I also realize that jedis do in fact control the entire banking system, Hollywood, the music industry, the governments of the world, and practically anything and everything of worth. There's a cabal out there, and they consist of jedis. That is in indisputable fact and can be publicly researched to verify 100%. And these individuals are as brutal and bloodthirsty and greedy as you can get. So, I don't hate jedis, I hate this particular vulture's nest of jedis. In my world, they all hang in public, so that everyone could see them kicking on the end of a rope. They are everything wrong with this world. And this particular group has been around since before Jesus. They called them the scribes and Pharisees in those days. A devious and insidious and truly evil nest of vipers they are.
