It sounds like to me ur pretty young and are still searching for your identity.
My suggestion is cut yourself off from all of your "friends" except maybe 1 or 2 that have been lifelong friends and go for at least 1 year without having a boyfriend/girlfriend and not hanging out with so called friends.
Read books that interest you on spirituality and other subjects that interest you. Really work on yourself.
This is what helped me a shit ton, and I will be the first to admit that jail changed my life for the better and basically saved me.
I think most people would benefit from life changes like this.
Oh I almost forgot, DELETE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media is pure fucking poison and my life has gotten soooooooo much better since I deleted fb/insta/snap/Twitter. Like so much better I can't even begin to explain, and I don't miss it at all. I didn't even realize how depressed social media made me until I deleted it. It also made me realize that all the people posting about their awesome lives and blah blah are usually the ones that are most full of shit. All the people that post constantly on there and make it seem like they are living a lavish lifestyle and str8 bullshitters. I thought everyone thought that 1 million dollars isn't a lot of money, but now I realize that I guess I grew up with more money that most. I'm grateful to say the least -

That's actually very noble of her...medical issues like that weigh very heavily upon the patient and their whole family due to everything from costs, emotional hardship, and just general traumatic stress involved with caring for someone undergoing medical treatment.
I'd take their cat if I wasn't so far away. I love rescuing animals like that from people that really need the help. We've rescued all 3 of our fur babies and I was more of a dog person until my girl basically made me rescue these kitties with her. Now I love the little stinkers. -

Another point thats hilarious: he thinks I put all my families money "up my arm" ...which is hilarious because if he knew the businesses my family owns he'd realize there's no shortage of money here. Let's put it this way, I can guarantee you are a patron of at least one of families business/products.
I've been wanting to take a trip down to Jupiter to spend a weekend at my families complex and go watch some spring training, but idk if I'm gonna this year, I might, just haven't decided. I can fly or drive down whenever i want. -

But honestly I've never had anyone say I act like I'm on the spectrum or anything. I've always been somewhat of a "popular" kid in school, well the one that sold drugs lol. But I was "gifted" in school and in advance placement classes and graduated when I was a junior at 17...so maybe a little autistic. -
