This is the best way to do it.
I've been taking Crouton on and off for 7 years. If you're getting sick it means you're taking too much. I only take like 2-3g normally. Rarely have I let my tolerance get high enough to need more. Worst it got to was about 5g. Some people need more either because of previous opioid use or just natural tolerance, so don't listen to what anyone has to say about dose. Just take it slow and find what works for you. If 3g didn't do much just take it up slowly and find your sweet spot.
And don't worry about strain names they're all bullshit. -
