Any serious whitening will hurt even if you use stuff like sensodyne or whatever its called. Plus it damages your enamel and to top it off its only temporary. Fuck that.
Just leave your teeth yellow. It's not a huge deal and says nothing of hygeine. Its superficial shit.
There's just some stuff I could do to look better that I don't do because I enjoy my quality of life without it. Teeth whitening, contacts, shaving daily, wearing respectable clothes to the grocery store, etc. -
