I've never drove drunk in my life. No excuse for it. I literally got arrested at 16 trying to avoid drivers ed because i was drunk. Smart drinking in school? Yes absolutely super intelligent. But at least I didn't put anyone else in danger, just myself.
Yes, people are allowed to make mistakes. But mistakes have consequences. 7yrs is pretty harsh tho. Texas is a piece of shit state ruled by the prison industry. They have one of the highest incarceration rates in Americs. -

Again, nobody eats a steak and has a heart attack.
People do take a prescribed dose of hydroxychloroquine and have heart attacks. The dose that is needed for helping Covid-19 symptoms is high enough to potentially cause heart problems in even healthy people. Typical doses for Malaria are a lot lower. -
