That's mostly just that Raz dude. I've heard there's only 15-30 people there at a time. Not really representative of anything but some random rapper and his influence. Everybody who actually gives a fuck about what's going on is protesting elsewhere instead of playing anarchist fantasy land. -

Try a pinch or two of salt in your water. It helps you retain water so you dont have to piss as much. This is why gatorade and all that has fairly high sodium compared to other drinks.
I can confirm it works but I can't be fucked to do it every time. I drink a lot of water. -
