I know someone who works in a lab testing teenage rats with synthetic cannabinoids. It'd be uncouth to ask them which ones (though I'm dying to know) but the results are really depressing. Increased anxiety is one of them, which they apparently measure by electrocuting the floor, measuring their reaction, then later killing them and examining their brain.
I often wonder if I've fucked up my brain but its best to not ruminate on that shit. Get into the habit of making decisions and following through on those decisions till completion. There is no other solution.
