Every time I become lucid I have to immediately focus intensely on what I'm doing otherwise I slip back into autopilot. Someday I would like to learn how to master the art of lucid dreaming and with that said, I wonder if it's possible to lucid dream for several hours without brain damage or sickness, I bring that up because every time I have a lucid dream I wake up feeling weird and I have a sort of headache. How would a person go about training themselves to be better at lucid dreaming?

The whole theater room was full of old people, like the generation before boomer old (though by now they're so old they're all dead). Then suddenly the room transformed into a radio studio and I was standing right next to the actual members of TG and they were playing stuff from 20JFG over the radio and I started crying because I wanted to be a radio host playing music for people over the FM, then suddenly I transformed into a midget and I found myself in a hallway putting on midget shoes and this kid walks up to me and asks why I'm tying my shoes this way, it turns out I had tied a baseball cap to my right shoe. After that the dream transformed into some alternate reality version of Colorado and I was following Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold around, and I was being personally investigated by a mossand agent, at one point I was walking into a house and they had planted traps there, then I found myself in a hotel bathroom where Eric Harris and this teenage girl were pissing all over the room as part of some artistic project (they were making piss art). Then I dreamed that I was exploring this weird space that looked like a cross between tron and silent hill and I met Sophie, I asked him if he could get the mossand off my ass or something and then suddenly this glowing pinchy material was all over my penis and balls and I found myself going to this other room where this woman was pretending to be my friend but then started demanding that I submit to this "master A.I." and I just remembered right before that I was living a life movie where I found out that I don't actually exist and all of reality is just an A.I. "god" trying to get my spirit (the sum of my energy and consciousness) to submit to this prison (this particular reality and its confines and rules) then I woke up and realized that reality is a simulation and what happened in my dream is no different from the reality I woke up into and I felt super existential and warped for several minutes before falling asleep.
I'm gonna go back to sleep now and hopefully have some more really intense dreams

Youtube used to be really great too but now it has been reduced to a closed corporate shell of its former self. iichan is dead and gone. Bemanistyle is gone (as are all the simfiles ;_;) The whole feel and atmosphere of the web is gone ... there is literally no reason to use the internet anymore except for private trackers and even then media in general has gone to shit during the 2010s.
It's sad really, the internet/web used to be such a glorious and unique place, now it feels so stale and commercial.
I will give this place one plus, I can openly talk about literally anything and nothing will come of it, you can't even do that on 4chan anymore.
