Well, I'm thinking it is more likely that the western world will unite together to defeat China and Russia.
Within the next 20 years China is going to make many moves to become the world's biggest superpower, it has been playing out slowly for decades already, but by the mid to late 2020s they're going to start flexing their muscles and attempt to take over the world by force.
I predict the catalyst for WWIII will be that the next great depression hits the US and then China makes a move for it and starts sending troops to mexico and Canada, at that point the US will declare war against China and start the day of the paddle. -
