but that's usually celluloid vs digital cameras unless again the different change out optics (very expensive) come into play.
real film had pixels in the form of gold and silver micronic size metal flakes. Digital is just a virtual form of this. it doesn't work the same way as real film. so the optical zoom really doesn't give you perfect 4k ability but it is still way better than digital zooming which just crops it automatically at a set ratio that matches full screen
