If there was really an object that can generate some sort of gravitational repulsion that can even counteract the gravity of the earth somehow, to the point it can actually hold off your hand in a similar manner and strength to electrical repulsion (for example why you can't put your hand through a solid object, that's because of electrical forces)... It would literally have the power to destroy the world. Nothing in your body interacts with gravity that strongly.
Consider that the entire earth's gravitational field loses to your legs at pulling you down. Now Bob Lazar is saying something can straight repel your hands like it's impossible touch and it's gravity based... Dude is straight wrong. Even if he saw a device that behaved like he described (doubtful), it's gotta be something electromagnetic.
