They won't give him bail. You should really consider not telling people you are polish >I would wager that you are the casue of every polack joke ever written. -
2019-08-03 at 1:44 PM UTCThey could give him bail. It is still up to the air. Every defendant in the u.s. by the constitution has right to a bail until they are proven guilty.
By the way, From the article about Polanski:He wanted to sentence Polanski to more time, at minimum an additional 48 days in prison so that he would at least serve all 90 days that they’d previously discussed, and then he wanted Polanski to leave the country permanently. (Polanski was born in Paris and did not have a US green card.) He might even, Rittenband added, sentence him to 50 years in prison.
So how doe Technologist explain that? A judge threatening him with a couple of days more time (I doubt he could give him 50 yrs again it was just said in gist he really would have given him the full 90) is reasons enough for countries to accept him and give a big fuk you to america and not extradite him like Switzerland? -
2019-08-03 at 1:45 PM UTCYou guys cnanot even explain why jeff is being treated so much worse than polanski and why powerful forces are not coming to his aid unlike Polanski (and not just at the time but a few yrs ago in Switzerland as well).

2019-08-03 at 1:48 PM UTCI really think only for two reasons:
A: he was a holocaust survivor and still is as a living embroilment of a real true man. Yes he was young during that time but he still felt the nazis.
B: Manson victim. His family was victim of the most hated cultist ever born.
If Jeff even had one of those things in his favor there would be no second case. -

You are the dumbest pollack ever. The judged has denied bail. That is final. You do not have the right to bail until you are proven guilty. I would link you to how it really works but you're too stupid to read the information -
2019-08-03 at 1:49 PM UTCOh and one more reason and this is a big one:
C: He either paid of well his own alleged victim (the others came forward way too late or many yrs after and only recently) or she somehow supports him still because she realized she led him on or tried to catfish him and feels guilty for it despite him taking the bait. -
2019-08-03 at 1:51 PM UTCYou do because you are pronounce dguilty until innocent. Everyone has a bail. EVen murderers or OJ they usually get one million but still get bail. If he was denied bail they would have to list super large security reasons for it like he will blow up a building even running away is not a reason because they just take the passports away.
-
2019-08-03 at 1:53 PM UTCHe's right in the sense that every accused has the right to a hearing to decide if bail is appropriate for the situation, considering whether the accused is a flight risk or danger to the public, or may pose a threat to witnesses yet to testify.
