The goal is to maintain their monopoly. They don't teach it to everyone because then they wouldn't be seen as special. Most people are not resistant to the mind control, subliminal messaging and symbolism. They would rather utilize these people but if they can't erase these genetic, quantum memories, they have to distract them, or worst case, kill them. Secret societies that understand magic as a way of manipulating electromagnetic quantum information, or background information. When you understand this stuff, money isn't really important anymore. This is also why the Egyptians believed in the afterlife and reincarnation. EDIT: also why Max Spiers was murdered. He knew too much about this stuff. I knew he was right about a lot of stuff, but I didn't know why they called it "psi" abilities until I recently looked up psi wheels again. It started making more sense. He and another MKULTRA victim with psi abilities said they were taken to my city as kids to underground bases for training. There is actually a lot of military bases here, it's known as "military city USA" and the area has over 500 cave systems, most of which are closed off to the public. I stumbled upon some information which lead me to believe they have tunnels and facilities under the entire city. The city and area also has a high degree of paranormal activity, if you know what to look for. -

A whirlwind cannot be explained by modern publicly available physics concepts(although many people believe it can be). It is also an example of this same energy. If you're walking along a busy road, and a car goes past you, stirring up a shitload of leaves, and they're about to fly into your face, you can stare at them with a blank stare, not looking at any of them directly, just in the general direction, and image that they're slowing down, and suddenly, a giant whirlwind may be created. Most of the time this happens by accident, but as with the psi wheel, a person can learn to consciously do this repeatedly.
It's sort of like when a cat plays with a mouse or some other animal it has caught, and it's toying with it, lets it get a couple inches away as it's trying to escape, then slaps its paw down on it again, but what people don't realize, is that the eyes of the cat, or any apex predator, including humans, also utilize this energy, to slow down their prey, and even change its direction. Because it's rotational and spiralling by nature, it will often make people unconsciously decide to turn around and walk the other way if they come into the view of a person or animal that is feeling antisocial. It can be repelling or attracting depending on the circumstances....
There was an article recently of a cat in china somewhere, high up on a ledge, overlooking cars going over a bridge. I could almost guarantee you, it was either consciously or unconsciously controlling the flow of traffic with its stare. The stare has a tendency to synchronize things moving in a group, so they begin to move as one. A hawk for example, going after a flock of birds, will have more trouble catching one if they're moving randomly, instead of moving as one. The same with a school of fish being chased by some predator.
The Hagakure mentions something to this effect, about how a hawk will have single-mindedness in its pursuit of its prey, singling out one bird, ignoring the rest, but in some cases it helps to force them to move as one.

It can be used to your advantage or detriment depending on the circumstances. They practiced a form of magic known as Heka that was also like a religion. Most modern forms of magic descend from this.
