Fuck the steroids though. Use anger, great food, and use top notch form always. NEVER veer from good form when lifting heavy. It works almost as fast as roids, and it's all natural. anger is a pure motive, and will make you blitz strong, and it's fun. lol.

I'm black card for the travel reasons as well, but the nearest gym out here is over 100 miles away. funny, they said they will collect every month regardless. Not good....I'm debating this now. trading in my "travel shower and gym", for a hose and cinder blocks, lol.

Mine is still in the shop in Madison Wi, where I last worked, but I'm getting it down here hopefully next month. problem is, it's one of a kind, build-off, so I can relate, and bugs infect it too, and parts???? fuuuck... The starter is always a challenge, because it's 124 cu. In. S&S, and it has trouble with pressure release on the top of the head. starter lasts about a year or two, then replace.... -

From what I remember, you lift seriously when you can, so I know that bench bugs ya, lol... I do like that gym for when I travel though. I just skip the bench, and do push-ups and dips instead for that. -
