Yeah that's siatic, moatly look up exercises and habits to get into. Mindfulness approaches can help. Be conscious of how you are sitting and aleeping. Besides that, gabbapentin and lyrica (pregablin) are probably the best medications for this that aren't highly addictive
Have cushions where you sit too and try to shift and be conscious of how your body is feeling before it gets too bad. Good luck man

I was looking through old sploo posts the other day and it was really apparent he fried his brain and was lonely and needed female companionship. He lived in such a densely populated area but still felt alienated and different.

This community has been a part of my life for quite some time and has helped me in too many ways to count. As much as we shit talk aLanda we should be grateful that he has kept this place going and never folded under the pressure.
