Siatic nerve pain

Ouch. It used to be on the left side but now its on the right. Right where the butt meets the wasteline area and it is a straight line all the way down the back of my leg and stops on the back of the right calve.

the two piecing points are the end points of the pain. the top of the butt and the calve below the back of the knee. nothing is working. I need some Norco. last time I had this, it lasted 2 years. usually what follows this is that ticklish little spasm at the lower back and turns into a massive back spasm. its almost 100% to happen in the next month or so.

I have a herniated disc from an early age of 27 years of age. I woke up after a night of severe pain. like a broken tooth with an expose nerve but in my back. that painful. and a broader area. they say this is the most pain a person can have without having a heart attack. its close to a woman giving birth and worse than passing a stone.

    Motrin aint cutting it, Doc

Once I looked like a banana. but sideways. just a giant crescent shape leaning to the side. it lasted for a few weeks. so weird and embarrassing. I was truly crippled for that first week. couldn't move.

It does come back. I went 10 years, no problem. right now my foot is buzzing like when you get a novicane shot and how your lips are half numb and half tingling. that kind of buzzing tingling sensation but with some thumb tac like pricking going on, under the foot.

Siatic pain can vary.. They being some medical report. I didnt take names. sorry I didnt look for the source but its in a list of Pain by experiences.

the worse of a siatic pain can be the second to that of giving birth. broken tooth or passing a stone. yours wasnt that bad if you didnt nearly pass out from the pain. I couldnt even get my pants on at the ER visit I went to. I was in so much fucking pain. they have to make you bend over to make sure you´re not faking it for pills. I mean they will push on your leg to prevent you from moving a certain direction and then tell you to bend over and the pain is through the fucking roof.

Yeah that's siatic, moatly look up exercises and habits to get into. Mindfulness approaches can help. Be conscious of how you are sitting and aleeping. Besides that, gabbapentin and lyrica (pregablin) are probably the best medications for this that aren't highly addictive

Have cushions where you sit too and try to shift and be conscious of how your body is feeling before it gets too bad. Good luck man

Thanks Bro. Yeah, There is a towel method of placing it behind your neck and then doing like a situp towards your knees and holding it in place. there are a few others I have learned from the PT class

there is one where you grab onto a strong counter top or pole and you lift your body up and then relax your hip and legs and let the legs just fall stretching out the spine to get that nerve to come out between the vertebra its probably stuck in right now

Doan's OTC back med works well for a standard OTC treatment.
