    3. In the state's I think the prosecutor has to make an application to revoke your bail but that's standard procedure if you're rearrested in the same state, especially on the same charge

    I don't know how the state's works (I think you have your bail revoked when you get a new charge and have to reapply) but in Canada there s no way you're getting rearrested on really any charge 3 times in 45 days without getting remanded unless you're an informant. If you even tell anyone that in jail they'll assume you're an informant and you'll get beat up and kicked off the range. Being older and not having a record is a factor but I know rich people with no record who will get arrested out on bail for other crimes and get remanded. Maybe he got Dog the Bounty Hunter

    It comes down to the ritual and how much effort you put into your use. Someone who drives across town in a snowstorm to get pills they immediately eat is more of a junkie than the guy who shoots heroin because he lives with a smack dealer. Actually, injection necessitates effort into use, it's rare a needle banger isn't a junkie but they're definitely out there and I've met them.

    I've been out a couple days and I think I'm gonna make it this time, my heads in a better place and I'm happier and not banging teenagers or carrying weapons for no real reason. I have faith everything will work out. I just have to be patient and grateful

    stuff your ass full of drugs and go do your time. Spend your time trying to find more ways to bring drugs into the institution and live as well as possible. Read books and exercise your mind and body. Only talk to people if theyre of benefit to you or if theyre capable of holding an interesting conversation. I've done a bit of time and these are the best tips I have for you

    in terms of sentencing plead horrible addiction you've now managed to beat and mental health issues you've been dealing with and get letters of support
