I'm old with a broken body and need to shit for 20 minutes, take painkillers, stretch for 10 minutes, drink a coffee or energy drink and take some supplements and food. I think not practicing being functional at mornings has made them more difficult for me. How do people wake-up and not be crushed by the weight of the world? Seems like something that requires aLot of practice I don't have.
