   Mental health diagnosis are the definition of a catch 22, in fact that's the whole point of the premise of the book. I was thinking yesterday about how I know there is alot wrong with my mental health but if I was diagnosed as scitzo affective I would deny it and call the sources credentials into question. If you accept it then you're officially crazy and that's apparently the only thing you know that's grounded in reality. It's all very complicated and I'm not even qualified to talk about myself. I should really go back to that psychologist even though I don't think she helped much. I haven't gone in over a month, I feel if she was a good psych she would have kept tabs on me, and felt guilty if I wigged the fuck out

   I was just about to buy somewhere 8 foot 6x6s from a less than reputable supplier but they turned out to be moldy which was annoying. It's for a 6 foot high fence so I was only gonna go 2 feet down
   
   But my question was more to do with rebar placement, concrete mixture and ensuring Everything is straight and level
