  3. never heard of it but it sounds like a better method of hiring people than just talking to them. the whole concept of "U nEeD tO hAvE a GuD reSUme" is so fucking retarded to me. if i was hiring someone i would throw out any resume that had bullshit filler on it. if someone just turned in a resume with only contact info and a little bit talking about what they did, what they're good at and a little bit about how they work, i would contact them for an interview immediately.

If I hadn't woke up in a rush because I overslept, then I might have remembered more details about my dreams.

everybody knows what sleep paralysis is already. people just feel special whenever it happens to them and thinks it warrants telling everyone they know. it doesn't, literally everyone has experienced it before and hearing about other peoples nonsensical dreams is always boring as fuck how have you not learned this in 30 something years on the planet?

The real answer is simply that you are the only one who needs to approve of the way you live.

We are terrified of having that level of sole responsibility over ourselves only because we fear we cannot bear it ourselves. We cannot make ourselves satisfied with the life unsatisfactory.

If I die satisfied with my conduct, I call that heaven. If I die with thoughts of what could have been, I call that hell.

And so we will judge ourselves with more mercy or cruelty than god ever could, because the mirror reflecting on itself reaches beyond infinity.

    lmfao idk why but
  12. a lot of things in the body and brain interact in ways that seem like they were meaningfully engineered (like to mimic a human behavior like walking) but in reality it's probably just a case of natural selection for methods of getting from point A to point B you feel me? like when shit doesn't get moved then that method of movement never goes anywhere, it's only when the specific circumstances allow shit to move that it gets moved, and "walking" is a probably just a pattern that appears naturally in nature that things move by because it's intuitive in the spacial environment we live in
  13. I just railed a fat line of MXE like 30 seconds ago. I'll report back after with whatever delusions I may experience so we can all judge their validity.

Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens. He received an economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was appointed president of his family's real estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded it from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan. The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, including licensing his name for real estate and consumer products. He managed the company until his 2017 inauguration. He co-authored several books, including The Art of the Deal. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and he produced and hosted the reality television show, The Apprentice, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Trump entered the 2016 presidential race as a Republican and defeated sixteen opponents in the primaries. Commentators described his political positions as populist, protectionist, and nationalist. His campaign received extensive free media coverage; many of his public statements were controversial or false. Trump was elected president in a surprise victory over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. He became the oldest and wealthiest person ever to assume the presidency, the first without prior military or government service, and the fifth to have won the election while losing the popular vote. His election and policies have sparked numerous protests. Many of his comments and actions have been perceived as racially charged or racist.

During his presidency, Trump ordered a travel ban on citizens from several Muslim-majority countries, citing security concerns; after legal challenges, the Supreme Court upheld the policy's third revision. He signed tax cut legislation which cut tax rates for individuals and businesses and also rescinded the individual insurance mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act and opened the Arctic Refuge for oil drilling. He enacted a partial repeal of the Dodd-Frank Act that had imposed stricter constraints on banks in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He pursued his America First agenda in foreign policy, withdrawing the U.S. from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade negotiations, the Paris Agreement on climate change, and the Iran nuclear deal. He recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, imposed import tariffs on various goods, triggering a trade war with China, and negotiated with North Korea with the aim of denuclearization. He nominated two justices to the Supreme Court, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

After Trump dismissed FBI Director James Comey, the Justice Department appointed Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate "any links and/or coordination" between the Trump campaign and the Russian government in its election interference. Trump has repeatedly denied accusations of collusion and obstruction of justice, calling the investigation a politically motivated "witch hunt".
  15. Originally posted by Mr Gay Men Watch Of course, but the drug itself is simply a catalyst for your own thinking, not a source of answers. I'm confident anyone can be convinced of any old shit if they dive into it by just trusting the drug as an externalised source of knowledge. You will see this type of idea being popularized (although not explicitly condoned) by the terminology that popular psychedelic culture uses, for example "plant teacher". Psychedelics can be a powerful tool but a tool needs to be guided, and I argue the guiding hand is the important part.

People who take every insight or notion provided from a psychedelic drug without a grain of salt are always very unintelligent people. I wouldn't say that means psychedelics are "fool's gold." I've felt some bizarre sensations on psychs, like once I was able to FEEL karma. I could feel its existence like it was totally real. But the intellectual part of my mind knows that's bullshit. That doesn't "teach" me that karma is real, but it taught me that my perception can be easily modified by the emotional aspects of my thinking, and even if it feels 100% real, it can just be an illusion. People who don't have experience with psychedelics are more prone to believing whatever they "feel" because they are not as aware of how feelings can be easily changed.

In that sense it is a teacher. I get what you mean though and generally agree.
