    Anyone ever done one of these? I have one coming up.

    I also have to do a 10 minute presentation on any new technology.

    never heard of it but it sounds like a better method of hiring people than just talking to them. the whole concept of "U nEeD tO hAvE a GuD reSUme" is so fucking retarded to me. if i was hiring someone i would throw out any resume that had bullshit filler on it. if someone just turned in a resume with only contact info and a little bit talking about what they did, what they're good at and a little bit about how they work, i would contact them for an interview immediately.
