how the fuck am i supposed to do this? despite the pain of opiate withdrawal or stimulant depression, i can get through those because i know it will end. with benzos i feel like i'm going to yell at somebody and have a panic attack at the same time while the apocalypse is happening. and also with other drugs i know the pain is just in my head, but with benzos i really might have a seizure and die. i've been trying to taper very slowly but after 4 or 5 days i inevitably have a terrible day and lose my self control and end up fucking the whole taper up
