Have you considered signing up for experimental therapies? I don't know if there are any universities or anything doing psych research near you, but if you feel like you've got nothing to lose you might as well.

No. You're making it much more complicated than it is. These people are breaking laws... engaging in criminal behavior... and they're getting busted for it. See how simple that is? If you break the law ...eventually suffer the consequences. Like you for instance you'll eventually get busted for child pornography, statutory rape Etc
