I think you should trust your judgement. If I like a guy, I want him to make the first move. I was raised by parents born in the 20s, a proper girl does not make the first move.
I got over that one pretty quickly when I started living independently.

I’ll have to disagree with you on that. To me, heroin is the mother of all shit drugs. I’ve never tried it, but I’ve seen what it does to people. There’s a reason that opiates are a controlled substance, but even though they are controlled, people still get devastatingly addicted, can’t get it, then turn to heroin.
Just my take, from what I’ve seen from my neighbor’s kids, and the ODs that come in the ER. -

Even though I feel heroin is a nasty drug for MOST, you seek to be somewhat of a functioning user. I can’t say for sure, I don’t really know you, but you seem to be an intelligent man. If it rules your every waking moment, that’s a problem.
Now you can talk about your use in a positive light, but for the majority, heroin ruins people’s lives. I don’t know about England, but the US is suffering a major crisis. The rural areas in Ohio are getting eaten with heroin users. So many sad deaths. -
